Shirralea Holman
Operations Manager @Community Care Tasmania
Shirralea has a long connection with Community Care Tasmania (CCT). She liked what she saw and in 2017 joined the CCT Board of Management for two years. Despite her previous knowledge about CCT, since taking up her new role as Operations Manager at the end of November 2020, she is discovering new aspects of the business on a daily (even hourly) basis. Shirralea is very adept at rolling with the flow to problem-solve and make the right call at the right time, and has been this throughout her working life.
